How much space is required?
We typically require a 15’ wide × 18’ deep × 11’ high space. If your venue has unique constraints, let us know — we’re happy to confirm whether the space is a good fit before your event.
Can PopGolf be set up indoors or outdoors?
Yes. PopGolf is designed for both indoor and outdoor events, including hotel ballrooms, conference spaces, offices, resorts, private homes, country clubs, and outdoor venues. A level surface and access to power are all that’s typically needed.
How many guests can play?
There’s no strict limit. During open-house style events, guests rotate through continuously, making PopGolf a great fit for conferences, networking receptions, holiday parties, and large gatherings. For competitions or tournaments, we’ll help structure the format based on your guest count and event schedule.
Do you provide golf clubs?
Yes. We provide a full set of right-handed clubs with every event. Left-handed, ladies’, and junior clubs are also available upon request.
What happens if it rains?
For outdoor events, guest safety and equipment protection are our top priorities. If rain is expected, we’ll work with you ahead of time to discuss options such as moving indoors, relocating under cover, adjusting the schedule, or rescheduling when possible.
How much power is required?
Just one standard 120V household outlet is all we need. No special electrical hookups or generators are required.
Can you customize the experience with our branding?
Absolutely. We can incorporate your company or event branding directly on the physical activation — custom logos on the simulator’s sidewalls and front banner, plus branded signage placed in and around the setup — making PopGolf a natural extension of your event or sponsor program.
How early do you arrive?
We typically arrive 90–120 minutes before the event to complete setup and testing, ensuring everything is ready before your guests arrive. Larger or more customized events may require additional setup time, which we’ll coordinate in advance.
Is an attendant included?
Yes. Every PopGolf event includes a professional attendant who manages setup, assists guests, keeps the experience running smoothly, and handles breakdown after the event. We stay with the simulator so you don’t have to.
Can beginners play?
Absolutely. Most of our guests have never used a golf simulator before. PopGolf is designed to be approachable, fun, and welcoming for all skill levels — from first-time golfers to experienced players.
